What can I expect at a typical dental appointment?
At Manhattan Beach Dental, unless you're coming in with an urgent dental need, such as pain or a broken tooth, we like the first appointment to be a consultation. At that appointment, you will talk with Dr. Firshein about your dental history, about your dental needs, about specific dental procedures, and about any reservations you may have about your smile or dental care in general. These consultations can touch on a variety of topics, including preventive care, services like cosmetic dentistry and sedation dentistry, and common procedures like crowns, fillings, root canals and more. This initial appointment will set the tone for your dental treatment, because at Manhattan Beach Dental, there is no "typical" appointment. We want to work to create a dental care plan for you, because we want this to be your dental home.
